Return/Exchanges

We offer 1:1 exchange services for damaged chips due to manufacturer's error. Any notice to exchange for damaged chips must be done within 5 days from purchase date. Check your chips before purchase to avoid the hassle!

Bought your chips but prefer another design? We offer exchange of entire sets, provided chips are unused. Exchange must be done within 5 days from purchase date. (Not applicable to pre-orders or customized products)

We are not liable for case damages incurred during delivery. However, we pack each case with multiple layers of protection to ensure your peace of mind!
All sales are final and no returns/refunds will be entertained.

We offer delivery services directly to your doorstep for a transportation fee (we do not have cash on delivery option as we use 3rd party couriers)
